2. Legal capacity and purpose of the contract

Only individuals with the legal capacity to enter into contracts for the purchase of goods offered on this website may place orders through it.

By clicking the "Buy" button during the ordering process, you declare that you fully and unreservedly accept all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

To register on LaraVital, you must create an account using an email address and password.

Once your order request has been received in our database, LaraVital will notify you of acceptance by sending an order confirmation email.

3. Order methods

4. Returns, exchanges and refunds

In accordance with Spanish legislation, you have the Right of Withdrawal, allowing you to return a product if it does not meet your expectations.

LARA VITAL will not accept returns for products that have been handled by the customer or returned incomplete, including both main elements and accessories. The right of withdrawal does not apply outside the indicated period or to products that cannot be returned due to their nature. It also does not apply to customized or made-to-order products.

Return period

If you are not satisfied with all or part of your order, you have a legal period of 14 working days from receipt to inform us of your intention to return one or more items and the reason for the return.

Return costs

Return costs are handled as follows:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong product, duplicate shipment, damaged item), you may return or exchange the product free of charge.
  • If you return a product because you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 14 working days and you will bear the return shipping costs.

Return procedure

Once received, our logistics service will verify the returned items. If they meet the conditions, we will process the refund immediately using the same payment method.

5. Availability or stock shortages

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to find a solution. Partial shipments may be made if necessary.

6. Delivery times and costs

Delivery usually takes 24–48 working hours if the order is placed before 5:00 PM.

7. Absence at delivery

If you are not at home, the courier will leave a notice so you can arrange a new delivery time.

8. Damage during transport

Please check your package upon delivery and report any damage to the courier and to us.

9. Prices, currency and VAT

All prices are in Euros and include VAT, shipping and insurance unless otherwise stated.

11. Non-payment

LaraVital reserves the right to refuse new orders if previous invoices remain unpaid.

12. Ownership of products

Products remain the property of LaraVital until full payment is received.

13. Product warranty

All products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Defective items will be replaced at no cost.

14. Products purchased outside official channels

No warranty applies to products not purchased through official channels.

Browsing the site does not establish a commercial relationship until an order is confirmed.
