Standard delivery
Iberian Peninsula
You will receive your order in an estimated time of 24-48 hours (working days), providing that you order before 5pm. Standard orders are delivered Monday-Friday (except in cases of urgent Saturday delivery).
Transportation costs are included in the cost of products on orders over 20 euros and in cosmetic products (in shipments to the Iberian Peninsula).
It is not possible to place orders less than 20 euros, except cosmetics and samples.
We do not deliver to P.O Boxes.
If you place an order between 5:30pm on Friday and at 12pm on Saturday, it will be delivered to you on Monday.
Canary Islands
You may place an order to the Canary Islands from our online shop without needing to pay for customs charges, with a delivery period of 24-48 hours. The shipping costs are the following:
- Orders up to 22kg: 6 euros
- Orders up between 22-60kg: 12 euros
- Orders over 60kg: 15 euros
Special Saturday Delivery
You can receive your order on Saturday, if you place it before 5pm on Friday at a small surcharge (starting at 2 euros). It will be delivered to your home or to the address indicated via MRW shipment from 9am-1pm, anywhere in the Iberian Peninsula. See the conditions
Balearic Islands, Andorra, Portugal, Ceuta and Melilla
In order to purchase our products from the Balearic Islands (except Menorca), Andorra and Portugal, you should contact our authorised distributors. You can consult them through this link.
In the case of Menorca, you can purchase via telephone (+34 965 76 76 76) and we will deliver it to your home within 24-48 hours. The shipping costs are free on orders over €20 and in cosmetics.
In Ceuta and Melilla, unfortunately we do not have a distributor nor do we send shipments.
We do not ship to other countries..
Tracking your order
Once you have placed your order and the payment has been accepted, if it was placed through the website you will be able to monitor the tracking of this order, to see if it has already been despatched from our warehouse. You will also be sent an email to inform you that your order has already been despatched from our warehouse, so that from there you will be able to calculate a delivery time of 24 or 48 hours.
Your order will be delivered by the courier companies MRW, Envialia or Redyser, which will send you a shipping notification via SMS, email or telephone.
In the case of the Canary Islands, the urgent transport company, Rhenus, will deliver to you.
Absent at the time of delivery
If you were not at home at the time of the delivery, the assigned courier company will leave a note on your front door or letterbox, with their telephone number for you to get in contact with them directly and arrange a new delivery.
Delays in deliveries due to special circumstances
We at LaraVital are aware of how important it is that your dog have their favourite food at all times, but we cannot guarantee the timeliness of deliveries under specific circumstances such as Christmas, winter sales, Black Friday, bank holidays or severe weather.
