How can I place an order using the website?
It's very simple. You just have to go through the following steps:
- Select the products you want: Browse our online store. In the different categories (Animal Feed, Accessories, Bones and Snacks, Cosmetics and Promos) you can choose the best product for your furry friend and add it to your shopping cart. If you have any doubts, from 9 am to 7 pm, you can talk through our chat programme, WhatsApp or by telephone with any of our animal feed advisors. They can provide advice on what animal feed to choose and they will guide you through the purchase process if you need. To finalise your purchase, choose your payment method and click the 'confirm my order' button.
- Create your account or register with your details: If you're a new customer, you'll need to register in order to make your purchase. If you're already a customer, you just need to enter your username and password. Having an account with LaraVital means that you can save your details and that you won't need to enter them again for future purchases. On your account, you'll have access to modify your addresses whenever you need to and you can also check your order history.
- Select your payment method: we have various payment methods. Select the one that's best suited to you and click the button. Now you've made your purchase!
- You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
If you have placed your order before 5 pm, we will prepare it on the same day. At 6 pm you will get a message to confirm that you order has left our warehouse and will be arriving with you within the following 24/48 hours on working days.
